Welcome to NAPCRG's Impact and Needs Assessment Hub

As NAPCRG celebrates 50 years of advancing primary care research, we are embarking on a journey to reflect on our past achievements and envision the future together. This hub is your go-to resource for information and updates related to our ongoing Organizational Impact and Member Needs Assessments, conducted by Positive Leadership. Data collection for these assessments will involve surveys, focus groups and interviews of NAPCRG community members, and will be ongoing through January 2025.

Member Needs Assessment Surveys

To ensure we're meeting your needs and providing the most relevant resources, we've partnered with Positive Leadership to complete a Member Needs Assessment. Your feedback will help us understand your priorities, challenges, and how we can improve our offerings to better support you and your goals.

Why two separate surveys? The surveys have different questions to help us best meet the needs of our members, no matter who they are. Your responses will help us to understand how NAPCRG can best serve you as vital NAPCRG members.

Why These Assessments Matter

The Organizational Impact Assessment is designed to capture the cumulative impact NAPCRG has achieved over the past five decades. We aim to tell the story of our journey—highlighting major milestones, learning moments, and the long-term positive changes we’ve fostered within the primary care research community and beyond.

The Member Needs Assessment focuses on understanding how well our current programming aligns with the needs of our members today. Through this assessment, we aim to identify opportunities to enhance and expand our offerings, ensuring that NAPCRG continues to provide value to our diverse and growing community while also securing our sustainability for the future.

Stay Informed and Get Involved

Here, you’ll find all the latest updates on the assessments, including timelines, key findings, and opportunities to contribute your voice to this important work. We encourage all members to participate in the surveys, interviews, and discussions that will shape NAPCRG’s strategic direction for the years ahead.

What’s Next?

We’ll be sharing progress updates regularly, so be sure to check back often. Your insights are crucial in helping us celebrate our history, understand our current impact, and chart a path forward that continues to meet the evolving needs of the primary care research community.

Together, we can build on the strengths of the past 50 years to ensure a vibrant future for NAPCRG.
Thank you for your continued engagement and support.
