Fellow This category is reserved exclusively for fellows-in-training enrolled in an approved primary care/family medicine program, department, or medical school who do not receive clinical earnings. Physicians and established professionals participating in fellowships for career advancement or professional development are not eligible. |

Graduate Student w/ Terminal Degree This category of membership is designed for full time graduate students (currently taking 9 credit hours) who hold a terminal degree (PhD, MD, EdD, DVM, DrPH, etc). |

Student This category of membership is designed for full-time students enrolled in at least 12 concurrent credit hours per semester (or 9 hours for graduate students) of a health-related training program. Individuals with full-time employment and/or a terminal degree are not eligible for student membership. |

Registration Policies
Early Bird Discount:
The discount is through October 20th at 11:59pm CT; afterwards the registration will become full price.
Membership Requirements:
All attendees, including presenters, are required to register for the NAPCRG Annual Meeting and must have a current 2026-2027 membership at the time of the event. The non-member rates above include the one-year NAPCRG membership.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Fifty percent of the conference registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation is necessary and written notification is received in the NAPCRG office by October 20, 2026. After the specified date, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of personal medical emergencies. Written cancellation requests must be sent to us at napcrgoffice@napcrg.org.
