Conference Discount Statement - 2024 NAPCRG Annual Meeting

Thank you for your interest in attending the NAPCRG Annual Meeting. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to extend further discounts in the registration fee.

We realize that there continue to be challenges in attending in-person meetings given inflation and travel expenses, reductions in institutional support and limited external funding and grants. Like other membership organizations, NAPCRG has been challenged too. Hosting a meeting at a hotel is more expensive than hosting one virtually.

Accommodations for Attendees in Developing Countries

NAPCRG is committed to developing its global footprint. In the past for virtual conferences, NAPCRG has sometimes been able to offer some financial assistance for registration fees to those attendees who are based in a developing country (as defined by World Organization of Family doctors).

We realize that there continue to be challenges in attending in-person meetings given inflation and travel expenses, reductions in institutional support and limited external funding and grants. Like other membership organizations, NAPCRG has been challenged too.

This kind of assistance is much more limited in 2024 as our expenses for an in-person conference are more considerable than those of virtual meetings. Please share details about where you are coming from and describe your situation so that we can have this evaluated by our Executive Committee.

Equal Opportunity Statement

NAPCRG is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for participants regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or other protected status. NAPCRG events are working conferences intended for professional networking and collaboration.
