All Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Roundtable Discussions, CASFM Workgroups, and NAPCRG Committees wanting to meet at the Annual Meeting must submit the form. Space assignments will begin once final conference programming has been completed, typically in September. Once your meeting has been approved, you will receive an email notification confirming your meeting.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Roundtable Discussions:  NAPCRG Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and NAPCRG members interested in leading a roundtable discussion at the Annual Meeting will have a designated table with chairs and signage in the general session room. SIG and Roundtable Discussions are exclusively scheduled during breakfast. 

CASFM Workgroups: CASFM Workgroup meetings can be held during breakfast or lunch. Please know, NAPCRG will only provide lunch on one day of the conference and lunch meetings will not be available on Sunday, November 23rd since that is the half-day of the conference.

NAPCRG Committees: NAPCRG Committees, please select your preferred meeting date and start/end time.
