Friday, November 21, 2025 – Pre-Conference Day

8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Pre-Conference Workshops

1 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Pre-Conference Workshops

5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.: New Member and First Time Attendee Orientation

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Opening Reception

Saturday, November 22, 2025 – Day 1

7:00 – 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast (food is provided) and SIGs

8:00 – 8:20 a.m.: Business Meeting

8:20 – 8:30 a.m.: Welcome Address and Announcements

8:30 – 9:30 a.m.: General Session – Plenary I

9:30 – 5:00 p.m.: Concurrent educational programming (This will include a poster session)

6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Receptions (Student, Resident, Fellow, Global Perspectives, BRC Fellowship and GGP Alumni)

Sunday, November 23, 2025 – Day 2

7:00 - 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast (food is provided) and SIGs

8:00 - 9:15 a.m.: General Session – NAPCRG Awards Ceremony

9:30 - 11:00 a.m.: Concurrent educational programming 

11:15 - 12:15 p.m.: General Session – Distinguished Papers

12:30 p.m. Networking afternoon

Monday, November 24, 2025 – Day 3

7:15 - 8:15 a.m.: Breakfast (food is provided) and SIGs

8:20 - 8:30 a.m.: Announcements

8:30 - 9:30 a.m.: General Session – Plenary II

9:30 - 12:00 p.m.: Concurrent educational programming

12:00 - 1:30 p.m.: Lunch (On your own)

1:30 - 2:30 p.m.: General Session - International Plenary

2:45 - 5:45 p.m.: Concurrent educational programming (This will include a poster session.)

8:00 - 11:00 p.m.: All Attendee Reception

Tuesday, November 25, 2025 – Day 4
