Registration Policies
Early Bird Discount:
The discount is through November 14th; afterwards the registration will become full price.
Membership Requirements:
All attendees, including presenters, are required to register for the NAPCRG Annual Meeting and must have a current 2025-2026 membership at the time of the event. The non-member rates above include the one-year NAPCRG membership.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Fifty percent of the conference registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation is necessary and written notification is received in the NAPCRG office by October 20, 2025. After the specified date, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of personal medical emergencies. Written cancellation requests must be sent to us at napcrgoffice@napcrg.org.
