Career Corner
Organizations wanting to promote job opportunities to our members can take advantage of the Career Corner located in a high-traffic area.
Career Corner consists of a dedicated poster board that includes 8.5” x 11” flyers advertising information about available career opportunities with universities, colleges, research organizations, corporations and government agencies.
Because each organization is limited to one 8.5 X 11” sized flyer with at least half-inch (.5”) margins, we highly recommend the use of a QR code to allow attendees to access full details about your opportunity. Organizations are responsible for providing a complete flyer in these dimensions.

Author Showcase
The Author Showcase provides an opportunity for authors to display and sell their works to meeting attendees. Author Showcase tables will be located inside the poster hall. These tables have the benefit of being in a highly visible area at one of our conference’s most popular events. Each Showcase will be exclusive for one poster session. Sessions are first-come, first-served, so sign up early.
Each publication at the table must have at least one active NAPCRG member as the author. The publication(s) featured can be digital or print. At least one work on display should be published within the last three years.
Audio-visual equipment, electricity, or point-of-sale services are NOT provided. Wireless Internet access is available in the poster hall. Authors wishing to sell publications are responsible for staffing, as desired, during selected poster sessions (schedule TBA).
- Author Showcase - Single Work: $300
- Includes a 30” highboy table allowing display of one (1) publication.
- Author Showcase - Multiple Works: $550
- Includes a 30” highboy table allowing display of up to four (4) publications.
