Call for Poster Abstracts

The 2021 conference calls for poster abstracts only. Oral presentations will be by invitation this year. The submission portal is now closed. The deadline to submit abstracts was June 14, 2021. 

We invite you to submit your poster abstracts in conference topic areas listed below.

Conference Topic Areas:
• Developing Best Practices and Resources for Practice Facilitation
• Practice Facilitator Training and Ongoing Development
• Practice Facilitator Skill Building
• Sustaining and Managing Practice Facilitation Programs
• Advancing the Science of Practice Facilitation
• Leveraging Technology in Practice Facilitation

Submission Requirement 

Length: Limit abstracts to 2,500 characters (including spaces), not including title and authors.

Language: Abstracts must be in English.

Format: The abstract must be written in third person. The abstract should not contain references, or acknowledgments. Abstracts will be published as submitted. Before submitting your abstract, check carefully to make sure it contains no spelling or typographical errors. Your abstract should be no more than 2,500 characters including spaces. Please include the following sections: (1) Background and significance, (2) Setting, (3) Methods, (4) Results, (5) Conclusions or next steps.

Type your abstract in a text document and then copy and paste it into the abstract field during the online submission process. Do not type your abstract directly into the abstract field as the page may time out forcing you to restart the process.

How to Submit
All submissions must be submitted through the appropriate form based on the submission category by the posted deadline.

If you would like to partially complete the submission and return to the form at a later date to complete the submission, click the "Save and Resume Later" button at the bottom of the submission form. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and will be emailed a link to retrieve your form when you would like to continue working on the submission. Please note you will only be able to retrieve your submission for 30 days, after 30 days all data entered will be lost if the form has not been completed and submitted.

To add co-authors or presenters to your submission please be sure to follow the instructions listed on the last page of the submission form. This page will prompt you to send a link to fellow authors to add themselves to the submission by completing a disclosure form. Please see example below.
